We are a professional brokerage firm that stresses customer service and financial product education and does not use high pressure sales tactics.  Although we service speculative accounts, our focus is price risk management.  We adhere strongly to the team concept, allowing our brokers to develop a client base while still being an important part of the overall organization.  We encourage our brokers to explore career paths within the firm that challenge their individual skills and interests.  

The successful candidate will have a four-year college degree, preferably in business or agricultural economics, and display strong sales skills.  Experience or knowledge of the agricultural sector as well as an understanding of derivative markets and financial instruments is strongly preferred.  This high energy, self-motivated individual will also have excellent writing/analytical skills as well as computer proficiency.  The candidate should possess outstanding public speaking skills with the ability to conduct sales presentations and educational workshops.  We offer our brokers medical and retirement benefits.
