Although we service speculative accounts,
our focus is price risk management. We

allowing our brokers to develop a client

A sample of duties a broker will incur, but are not limited
to:
Build a book of clients
Develop hedge strategies
Keep customers informed of market conditions
Call and follow up on leads generated from diverse sources
Teach educational seminars at workshops
Write current articles for affiliated news source and outside publications
The successful candidate will have:
A four-year
college degree, preferably in business or
agricultural economics
2 - 3 years experience in the grain markets
Understanding of derivative markets and financial instruments
Understanding of normal grain production and consumption, foreign and domestic crop conditions, import/export demand, USDA grain & oilseed policy, WTO commitments, and other governmental programs
Self directed, high energy individual
Excellent writing/analytical skills as well as computer proficiency
Outstanding public speaking skills with the ability to conduct sales presentations and educational workshops
Strong sales skill
Series 3 preferred
