Joe started as a broker and later served as a Branch Manager for Heinold Commodities, Inc.  He left there to accept a compelling offer as Vice President of E.F.Hutton and, later, Shearson, Lehman, Hutton, where he wrote and produced a seven-part broadcast television series, Take Charge of Your Money.  For five years he did a daily radio commentary on grain and livestock commodities.  Drawing on the experience of his family farm in central Illinois, Joe has always focused on agricultural commodities.
