Tom is the Managing Partner at Downes-O’Neill LLC.  His expertise in the commodity business includes specializing in futures trading operations, accounting and compliance issues, researching computerized trading systems, portfolio analysis and risk management.  Tom started on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange running trading operations and filled orders in various markets.  Tom has also worked as a principal at several money management firms and was a risk manager and trader at PaineWebber in their Managed Futures division.
